HOW TO COOK The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain French Fries. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
DEEP FRY Heat the oil in the pan or fryer to around 175°C / 350°F. Place your McCain French Fries into the basket and let them sizzle away for 2 – 3 minutes, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Lift the basket, shake off the oil and they’re ready to eat.
