Seared Scallop with Chive Butter Sauce







 
INGREDIENTS

Servings: 2 Servings
Cooking time : 20 minutes

1. Scallops us or
    Scallops japan 3-4 pc
2. Thyme
3. Alfalfa salad
4. Anchor Culinary Cream or
    Anchor Extra Yield Cream 1 cup
5. Old bay powder 1 Tsp
6. olive oil
7. Sliced shallot 2 Tbsp
8. Anchor Butter 2 Tbsp
9. Sliced chive 2 Tbsp
10. white wine 1 cup

COOKING METHOD

1. Boil wine and shallot after that add cream in (low heat). Seasoning with salt , pepper and butter.ฃ

2. Seasoning scallops with salt , pepper and thyme and old bay powder. After that roast them with high heat for both sides.

3. Serve with sauce and Alfalfa salad.
